Upon ordering your $199 flat fee listing, you will have access to the detailed Property Information form to input features about your property online. After completing the form, you will be able to download the Seller's Listing Agreement form. Please fill out the Listing Agreement and submit to Sellect Realty by fax or email. Your property will be listed within 24 hours after Sellect Realty receives your Listing Agreement.

Links and printouts of your listing on FMLS and GAMLS will be sent to you by email for your review. At that time, Sellect Realty will also provide by email a Seller's Property Disclosure Statement form and contract forms for your use.
